Ohana Kid Fit will provide kids of all ages a fun and friendly environment. Promoting an active lifestyle is our goal. Teaching and strengthening their confidence, accountability, sportsmanship, work ethic, and overall understanding of why staying active and healthy is important.
At Ohana we want to give kids an understanding and belief that with determination, effort, and practice they are able to excel and grow beyond what they ever thought possible
Classes will run for 1 hour and will be for ages 5-12. We will exercise by means of running, agility, plyometrics, body weight activities, and some good old fashioned fun.
